Our manifolds are investment cast from SS304 with a wall thickness of 5mm – strong and reliable.
NO BOOST CREEP
Centered 44mm wastegate flange for convenient installation and high wastegate flow.
The ports are tapered to match the stock exhaust ports on the head. The taper can easily be removed.
Our manifold has a predestined EGT sensor location at the top where you can mount your EGT sensor. Our manifold will not come pre-drilled and tapped anymore due to low demand.
For testing whether your turbocharger clears your chassis in combination with our exhaust manifold, we have created a template file, you can simply print and cut out for testing.
For better fitment you should rotate your water neck by 180 degrees like shown in the picture. No additional parts are required.
Some water necks have a tab which has to be cut off in order to be rotated.
For better clearance around the compressor housing we recommend to upgrade your engine mounts, which you should do anyway when boosting your GE.
The Turbocharger shown in the pictures is a BorgWarner S364-SXE. There is still plenty of space around it.
