The DW650iL brings brushless technology to DW’s line of in-line fuel pumps.
Brushless technology reduces friction and heat, increases effeciency, vastly improves pump lifespan in ethanol and methanol fuels, and allows higher voltage inputs for increased flow.
The DW Brushless Pump Controller is included with the DW650iL fuel pump kit. This controller accepts an 8-26v DC input and creates a digital signal to allow effecient and precise speed and torque control of the pump.
The controller is available in 3 configurations:
– Dual Speed – 55% duty cycle with 100% duty cycle ground switch
– Dual Speed – 68% duty cyle with 100% duty cycle ground switch
– PWM input accepts any frequency from 20Hz to 200kHz (open 0%, ground 100%)
To ensure maximum voltage at the pump, a 12-gauge hardwire kit is strongly recommended for optimum performance.
